I get frequent calls from this number on my cell phone, at home and work.  they leave very threatening messages about an "fraud charge" and going to have police pick me up.  when I have spoke with them, they will not listen to me or the fact that the loan was paid back in full.

Me, too who are these people? And did the police pick you up?

I had a guy by the name of Michael Williams call me at home and work.  This is after I repeatedly asked him not to call my place of employment.  Michael Williams called 4 times in row threatening to call my supervisor as well as my HR department.  I don't know who these people think they are but they are breaking the law and will be involved in a lawsuit very soon.

this was a catherine montoya from this #7162060690...she states and i quote.good afternoon, this is an important call concerning @@@@@@ this is catherine montoya calling from eccnr we are waiting to hear from @@@@@ or your representing attorney @ this point my office to schedule the file charges against you out to the county office connected to a pending case #@@@@@@ at my phone # here is 8888721568.  I do advise that you contact me immediately. This will be your only opportunity to discuss this matter on a voluntary basis outside of court. If we don't hear from you. wth are thes goofballs!!!!

this person keeps calling my husband saying who knows what about me paying some money my husband told me he gave them my number come to findout they asked me didn't my husband give me the message i said you tell me you are on the phone so he hung up on me tried to call back to no avail  now has busy sound everytime you call back

i received a message stating that they have my ss# and it would be in my best interest to call them back or they would put me down as a refusall but there return # was cut off

Got a phone call from "Legal Check Srv" when the answering machine picked up, it disconnected.  The phone number my caller ID listed was 716-618-3838, so different from the one listed above. I had no idea who these people were, but found this post while researching the name and or number.  Odd thing is, if you put THEIR name and the 716-618-3838 number they called me from into Google, absolutely NOTHING comes up with those 2 items together.  I owe no debts and I'm on the do not call list.  Do they just dial random numbers?
