does not leave a message and caller id name is voip street inc

  Called once....Voip Street  ?????    Idiot !

Called did not leave voice mail did not waste my time calling back

I believe that I have received calls before from this number, they never leave a message.  This time I decided to answer because I was expecting a call, only to find that a male with a loud, dominating voice began to identify himself as calling on behalf of the New York Veteran Police. After hearing this I hung up. And did not get a callback.  Thinking if it were a legitimate call he would have called back. I summed it up as solicitation, scam, etc.

Male caller identified himself as calling for,donations to the New York Veteran Police. I said that the police never ask for donations by phone. He offered to send out a mailer in which I Can mail my donation. I told him to save the postage and hung up on him. Geesh !!! When will these phone scams end???

6:44PM, called me,  like some here was expecting a call, answered it , no one on the other side........another scam!
