This number called one of my friends father, told him that I had used him as a reference (which I did not-only met the man a couple of times) and that they were trying to get ahold of me because there is a US court case open against me, and that I have missed my court date.  I'm like wtf??  I looked up the number and have tried to call it several times, which just goes to a vm for Jay Thiel, from Basil Chevrolet in NY.  Anyone else get calls like this?  My husband has had this number on his caller id several times over the last few months, but never answered because he didn't recognize the number.
