I received a call from a "Frank Johnson" on 8/3 claiming he had a UPS item to deliver because I won some money and they would be in my area that night.  He said that it was from CASH USA, Nevada.  When I said I would pick it up he would not tell me where he was etc.  I told him that it was a scam and to never call me again.
One of the people I work with told me that he zoomed the number to around LANCASTER, NEAR THE FIRE HALL.

This upsets me because it is using my cell minutes and wasting my time.

Received a call from 716 206 3490, caller claimed to be delivering a message regarding the forthcoming increase of my Social Security pension in September, he then proceeded to ask me if my address (which he mentioned) was still "my address" Since it was Saturday I suspected a scam and told him that normally we receive notices on Social security issues directly from our local office and his number did not match my records, after saying that there was silence in the line

Got a phone call at 6:20 in the morning from this disturbed individual, waking up everyone in the house. If it happens again I'm calling the cops with their number, I don't take this nonsense.

Caller wanted my mother-in-law to meet them and exchange money. Called Amherst police and the phone service.

These people have now called me 3 times within 5 minutes.  Spoke to them the first time and they claimed to be calling from a law firm and asked me all kinds of questions regarding personal information.  I proceeded to tell the caller that when I hung up I would be calling my local police department to which he responded that he was the FBI.  So we went from him being a law firm to the FBI.  I kept repeating that the calls were being recorded and traced.  I am calling my local police department in Lancaster and reporting the harassing calls.
