Garbled message- voice with "foreign"-ish accent: I've won some big prize. Call this nr.
Probably a SCAM. Phone nr is used for specific purpose, min use.
ADVICE I was given - NEVER Respond to these types of Calls - ESPECIALLY if from some Collector. They can't touch you IF YOU DON'T RESPOND.
If you do respond in any way- you are TOAST.

Steven called today to tell my wife that she has been awarded a prize for 2.5 million and a 'black' Mercedes Benz - why do they always say the car is black?  He is in our neighbor hood today and would be able to bring the money and car to our house.  BUT, there is a registration fee of $495.00.  When told that we could not pay 495 then he and my wife settled on a Green Dot  Money Pak for $25.00.  This issue was resolved when my wife told me that I would have to go get the card and then call him back.  I decided to google his number and I am glad to have found you.  You may save our marriage.
