Some man with a heavy SE Asian accent called my house and insisted that we had filled in a "blue ballot form" to win a free prize etc. etc. I told him "no such thing" and he got irate on me. Insisted I had won, wouldn't hang up, wanted to know who had filled in the "blue ballot form". I hung up. He called back! He said he was an important etc. etc., wanted to know the name of the person who had sent him the blue ballot form, wanted us to go to claim the gift. I hung up again. Very rude.
