This company continues to make harassing phone calls after being instructed that I could not receive phone calls at work.

Company called V.R.M Associates, nice guy at first told me that his company was going to contact my states judicial dept. to press charges on me for defaulting a Cashnet loan, i told him i didn't recal having that. he was able to pull up my credit report and read back to me all my pertinent information. he told me I was being offered a settlement to pay cashnnet back. i explained that i recently became homeless but at least i still retained my job. Since he called me on friday he gave me until Monday to decide how I was going to resolve this. i explained i was going to file bankruptcy because i was so in debt. He was nice though, he said his company is Buffalo NY; he just called me today to remind me of decision; his name is jeffrey McCall at 716-240-4112.
