Whatever you do, don't give into the scam.  The guy that I talked to was named Kenneth Ferns and he has a really hard accent.  I fell into the scam and lost $125.00.  I tried to apply at payday loan service online and it was the biggest mess, I never took out a loan because I started getting repeated phone calls and e-mails telling me I was approved for such and such money.  I later got a call from this number a not too long ago saying that I owed and outstanding balance of $589.86. Which I never took out. He knew my routing number, social, and everything. I got scared and I thought it was real. He left a message saying that there is law suit filed against me, before common sense kicked in I fell for the scam paid $125.00 (He said, I could get on a payment plan.) and he got away with it. He'll you stupid scare tactics saying that you have to meet them face to face and any logical person would think it'd take more money out there for me to fly out there then it is to pay it, so I paid it - later to find out I was dumb and should have gone with my gut instinct.
