Legal action Warrant or Summons Scam.
This is an INTIMIDATION SCAM, they claim to be calling from FNB (First National Bank) and state that they will issue a warrant for your arrest if they fail to reach you after two attempts unless you return their call.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM ! ! !

Caller ID shows the call originated from 716-240-6423, they wanted us to call them back at 844-324-6279.

NOTE: Aside from never having done any banking through FNB, my wife and I both work in the finance & finance related industries and are appalled by the callers behavior. It is easy to understand how an individual may fall for this sort of scam, given the callers threatening tone and the intimidating nature of potentially having a warrant issued against you.  (P.S. FNB is also a victim in this scam as the scammer is abusing their name/brand.)

Call came in from 716-240-6423. Recorded message was something about Service of Summons...2nd attempt with no response...please call 844-342-6279. I did not call back...checked out both numbers on online . SCAM

Left message about a summons. Two attempts, Summons placed on hold to give me time to call back. I'm unaware of any legal summons and think it's a scam. Looked it up online and saw a lot about it being a scam number.

Just got a call stating we owe 400 for ild Verizon bill amazing they have hubby's last 4 but incorrect address that I get mail at....told them to pursue summons they wanted 900 today.rhanj fully I looked up photo  and found this

Just received a call from this number and received the same threatening voicemail.  They called 3 times back-to-back and finally leaving the number 844.324.6279 threatening a summons served at my job.  Funny thing is, I got this same message 2 months ago?  SCAM
