Robocall using the old "you will be taken into custody by the police" scam.  Hilariously poor grammar, but there's nothing funny about this kind of attempted extortion.  Blocked and reported.

We received several calls saying they were the IRS and we had four cases against our name. Then to call them in 24 hours at 716-240-7234. Scam.
