    Scam! You aren't warned in advance if you have a warrant for your arrest. And you can't be arrested for being in ordinary debt anyway. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

    Had a call back to back twice from this number from a woman named Shawna Smith. Looked her up through reverse phone research and it turned out to be a picture of someone's wedding engagement. It was weird, then found 10 sites stating that the person on this number is a scammer and they have tried reverse engineering to get people's money for fabricated accounts. Please beware. Scam callers are getting worse.
