This guy identifies himself as Marshall Barone working from a fraud firm. Claims you are being charged with multiple counts of wire fraud and attempt to defraud for defaulted payday loans from a company called Cash Net USA. He threatens that papers  "sealed documents" are going to be served to you at your home or place of employment. Exhibits extreme concern to help you resolve the matter if you will just send him some or all of the amount he claims that you owe this company. I asked if he would take a cashiers check from a bank and he said no that he will only do a direct debit from my checking account that I needed to provide him with my debit card number! That is what alerted me that something wasn't quite right since a cashiers check is already paid being purchased from the bank and all. No way am I giving my debit card number like that. Claims you will be served papers within the next 24-72 hours. Calls every single day several times a day like well if I don't hear back from you then good luck with your legal matters in this.
