These people keep calling and harrasing me about a bill that I have paid.  They are very threatening and even yell.  I have sent proof of settlement to them before in May 2008 and now they are calling about the same debt again!!  Please help me!

This number called me about my credit card  I opened a couple of years ago.  I forgot about the account, its been over a  year since I have  heard from them.  They were able  to set me  up on a  payment plan.

These people are ridculous, like a fat women strutting in a tutu on Miami Beach.  I have no idea who these people are calling about, and it is getting harrssing, not to mention annoying.  NOT, the right number!!!!!!!!!  YOU will be greeted with sheers joys of me letting you know how i really feel about what your doing?  Telephone harrassment, nuiscence, and or threatening.........

I have been contacted by this company about a debt that I incurred while I was a medical student.  This was 2 years ago, and I am now in a better position to pay the bill.  This was a walmart credit card that was $750.  With interest it is nearly $1000. As a consumer would I be better suited to pay the entire bil, or to take advantage of the deal of $600?  Please help.

Collection agency - they will call your family!! - if they continue to call send them a certified letter requesting them to cease all communication by telephone.  According to the fair debt collection practices act they must comply and communicate thru mail only.  Once I get my hands on the address I will post it.

This company called me about an overdue bill from Household Bank.  I opened the credit card in 2003 after I filed bankruptcy to help me rebuild  my credit.  I moved and must have forgot about the bill.  The bill is  now up  to $1200 and it was only $600.  I cant believe that the balance can get that high.

I just recieved a letter with this number on it.  They claim I owe $1400 from a credit card I had with Household.  They offered $800 to settle the  debt.  Will this hurt my credit?
