Fraud, no question.  After 6-7 months of inactivity (according to 800notes) this operation is back.
Please report this to donotcall.gov, email your congressman, email the NY Attorney General.  Prison is too good for these people.

I RECEIVED TWO VOICE MAILS FROM THIS NUMBER BOTH MESSAGES WHERE LEFT WITH DIFFERENT NAMES BUT VOICE SOUNDED THE SAME.  THE VOICE MAIL STATES HE IS AN OFFICER FROM THE IRS AND IS VERY CRUCIAL THAT I RETURN HIS CALL AND HE WISHES ME "GOOD LUCK".  I CONTACTED MY TAX PREPARER WHOM CALLED THE NUMBER BUT THE CALL DOES NOT GO THROUGH.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR TAX RETURN OR YOU HAVE A DEBT WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) YOU WILL RECEIVE AND OFFICIAL LETTER EXPLAINING THE CHANGES THE IRS HAS MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
PLEASE....DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OUT!
ALSO, EVERY TIME YOU CONTACT THE IRS OR IF AN AGENT (NOT AN OFFICER) CALLS YOU, HE OR SHE WILL STATE THEIR LAST NAME AND THEIR AGENT ID # AND A LEGIT NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN RETURN THE CALL.

I also received a call from 713-581-2064 this morning and he said, there was a warrant out for my arrest. That it was officer Jason Miller from IRS(scam) I went to google right away and did a search while I was on the phone with him. that's when I saw this page and figured it was a scam. I'd hang up the call. and he continue calling me from several numbers +911, unknown, and 317-232-8241  I answered and told him. to stop calling I already know this was a scam. He told me the Police was coming to arrest me in 15 min :')This person has a thick foreign Indian accent. DO NOT CALL BACK. IT IS A SCAM.
