Voicemail left on my landline, addressing me as "Ms. P"...call "Darryl" at this number.  Like a fool I returned the long distance call.  As soon as he started to say "Our internet research department wanted to me to call you about your website...."  I cut him off then and said I had nothing to say to him about any websites...and I hung up.  Since he never identified what company he represented, I strongly suspect this was another form of a scam....like people who call and say they've found a problem with your computer.

I also had a call from a Daryl calling me by 'so called' first name asking me to return the call. I did not return it.

Received a call from " Daryl" in regards to my website.. he;'s was trying to sell stating that google gave him my contact information because my google information  went straight into wanting credit card information. when you call back he simply said "hello - I asked several times for the company name and who he worked for - He kept "yelling" google gave me your information

"Daryl" left a message to call him back regarding our website - he said it as if he were a child, sounding it out.  Blocked number

Called today at 10:15am ET.  Woman asked for business owner and then started talking about how search engines change their methods of driving traffic to my site.  Once I heard this, I politely asked to be removed from their list and was told I was being rude for not letting her tell me why she was calling.  I responding that if I am accused of being then .... and hung up.

Called the bakery I work at and asked to speak with the owner or person in charge of the website marketing. Told her (she didn't give a name) that the owner wasn't in and we handle our own website marketing. She then said "I didn't ask that, when will the owner be back?" I said I didn't know what her schedule was and then she hung up. This is the reason why people are rude to telemarketers, way to make it harder on other people because you want to be a [***].

Lady called my client to report “coding problems on the website” and asked to speak to the owner. My client said they had someone handle those issues. The lady said I wasn’t doing my job. My client said she’d have me call, and the lady said only have the owner call. I called anyway, and the lady got indignant that I’d called. She demanded to talk to the owner. I said the owner asked that I call, since I’d be in charge of implementing the fixes and/or working with her. She yelled at me that she wanted to talk to the owner. I responded, “Well, that’s not gonna happen. Tell me what the problem is or stop bothering my client.” She hung up on me.

Nasty abusive woman called asked to speak to the owner about the website, then started to yell at me when I asked where she was calling from.   Told me she was going to take her business elsewhere.   Hello you are trying to sell me web services.  Goodbye
