They call every day and do not leave a message. I think it is a scam.

Received two different calls on consecutive days from this number.  Day one, the caller ID said AM HEART ASSOC.  Day two, the caller ID said Anonymous.

This number called a place of business looking for a gentleman by the name of "James." So, I asked, "James who?" and I saw that the caller hadn't hung up, but probably muted the phone. He then apologized and hung up.
Now, I live in the 716 area code. So I googled this number, and it says it belongs to a woman by the name of Natasha Bailey on Wild Oak Dr. in Ceres, CA.

I called this number back and it said "Thank you for calling the American Heart Association." A woman came on the phone and I told her someone just called looking for James, but when I asked her for his last name, she said they had been trying to get a hold of him for a "Volunteering opportunity." When I asked again, she didn't give it to me. So THEN, I ask where she's calling from and (LIES) says she;s calling from Ohio. I told her, "No you're not. You're a scammer. So, you might want to take this number off of your list." BEWARE!

It is a scam. They're using a WNY number, but said they're calling from Ohio. The number is registered to a Natasha Bailey in Ceres, CA.

This is a spoofed number. It is NOT coming from the 716/Buffalo-Niagara region.  The number calls my office every day with a caller ID of American Heart Assoc.  This is NOT the legitimate Heart Association charity. It is a fraud/scam criminal attempt to get people to provide credit card numbers and personal information.  Block the number if you can.  If you cannot block it do not answer and DO NOT provide callers from this number with any information, including your name. They do not know who you are. They are fishing for information and if you give them anything they will use it to call back and try to scam you for personal financial information to steal from you.
