RECEIVED HARRASSING PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER BY A GUY NAMED MICHAEL
STERN.  NEVER DID SAY WHY HE WAS CALLING OR WHO HE REPRESENTED!!!!!!!!

VERY RUDE....LOSER OF A GUY!!!!!!! WHEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE HE STARTS OUT TRYING TO DEMEAN YOU AS A PERSON AND ATTACKS YOUR CHARACTER  AND ACCUSING YOU OF BEING A LIAR AND SCREENING  YOUR PHONE CALLS WHEN THIS  NO GOOD TRASHY  N U T   KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT YOU.  IF I WERE SCREENING PHONE CALLS I WOULDN'T HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE.  DAH???

Boyfriend answered a call from this number.  Guy calling claimed to be Michael Stern.  Said that I owed a debt and that my boyfriend was responsible for it since I was living with him.

Guy referred to me as a dead beat and threatened that he was going to black list our mailing address and that my boyfriend would never be able to get credit.

Guy even claimed that he had a canceled check with my name on it which I know to be a lie.

FYI- Boyfriend told this guy not to call here again and then he called and hung up before anyone could answer the phone.  Telling him not to call has not done any good.

When asked to send proof that the debt was owed guy claimed that he did not have to do so.

Michael Stern claims to be looking for money owed by a relative.  He claims to represent the Bryant law firm that is getting ready to sue someone you may know.  The man is obviously sick and gets his jollies by harrassing people until they get upset.  Then he continues to call and leave these insanely abusive  messages.  How he got my name and number is a mystery to me.  I can only assume that he was able to purchase informational records from somewhere or he works for a loan company and is using their records to extort funds from people.

This nut Mike Stern keep callin me & my family tellin lies about who he is & why hes callin say that I owe money& I better pay it or he will have me arrested this guy is sick & need to b arrested his self.

This idiot has been calling my parents house and thier cell numbers all day. He claims my wife,  owes his bank $14,000, and that since we're married that i'm liable for it. Funny thing is he doesn't have my number or her number and didn't know if or where either of us worked
or really anything but public record stuff. I asked him to give me a physical address and he couldn't. He was rude right from the start and actually started mocking me. I don't know any financial institution that would allow their employees to act in this manner or call family members even after they've been told not to call back. I have contacted a friend of mine who works with the local authorities and he is looking into  this Mike Stern guy and he is supposed to let me know. I think we all should start calling him and have all of our friends call him over and over and over. LOL He just called my wife's phone and left a message that i threatened him. I wouldn't threaten somebody who is to scared to even give me an address. If I had an address i just go visit him. What a waste of flesh

Michael Stern keeps calling us saying our daughter-in-law has been writing hot checks and he's with a law firm and is going to prosecute her to to max.  I finally told him to quit calling us yesterday.

You sir. have been advised to cease and desist contact.  This is not a joke your threats and abusive calls to Mr. Stern are documented and taped and you have previously acknowledge responsibility but  where unresponsive to reason when your wife admitted she just did not have the money to pay and then you became hostile abusive and menacing when you where told  that she admitted responsibilty

first of all - all these people whine and cry about collection calls to collect valid debts that they have defaulted on.. then they complain when they are asked to pay and huddle up at sites like these on the internet to tell blatant lies to make themselved look good when the facts speak for themselves.  If the loans or debts where paid in the first place there would be no need for any type of third party collections.  Secondly, most of these debts are older so the people have had more than years to  pay these bills that they defaulted on in hardship times.  Thirdly, complaining about people trying to offer you a deal  to settle the debt for pennies on the dollar to just avoid paying it is nonsense.  Some of these people have 500.00 balances unpaid that they have refused to make a payment on in 3 years and yet the same "debtors" own  nice homes and cars and are employed and self employed and still refuse to pay their bill and spend all of their time crying out like victims when they would not spent 5 minutes over 3 years to pay off the 500 delinquent debt or even send a small payment.   People this is America, the most litigous nation on earth... only here can we complain about a fast food chain for selling us food that makes us fat or creditors and their agents who try to get their money back t hat we as debtors had no intention of ever paying back.... Get in line for the handout!! teach your children that its ok   to steal with your signature and watch this nation sink even lower.  ABSURD!!!! Just pay your Bills!!!!!!!!!!

This Man who clls from this number.....716-215-1575 Caller ID 'Bryant" gett's off on harassing who ever answers the phone. All the other comments ARE true. He never identifies who he is or who he represents, or who he wants to talk to!! I know for sure he is full of beans because I just finished my bankruptcy, and my debts have been discharged. By the way I passed all this information to my Attorney and the local news!!

Please loose my number and never call it again......letting the phone ring once and then hang up is your waste of time not mine. I'm on disablity buddy, I have all day to play : )
