Called saying there's will be an arrest warrant issued in 24 hours. Claimed to be a lawyer and that a paralegal was supposed to have contacted me.  Didn't happen.And not a lawyer.

I got this call from a Mr. Jones. my name is Mister Jones I'm calling with the litigations Department law(?) offices of USA and Associates. Sir calling notify you are Law firm is been retained to recently. In order to file several charges all of which we-have(?) you've been named as the defendant within the  County Sheriff's Department. Now it's imperative sir that you contact our law firm immediately. I'm going to need to retain a statement in your concerns(?)

I received the same call today with someone giving the same message. They said there has been a charges against me and I must contact the law firm immediately. They said they needed a statement from me and contact the law firm immediately.

This company calls I believe for payday loans saying there have been charges made at Sheriff's office and I should make a statement.
