this number keeps calling and you can barely understand the messages left. you can def hear him say good luck if you choose to ignore this call. he called my husband at work saying that he had to appear in court tomorrow and that there was a warrant out for his arrest and he will be picked up if he doesn't appear in court.

they say they're aci debt collection--but voice from early nco messages--(with nco financial systems)--also asked for 1 person-not me, and other person a sexist slur--they just want to be sued.   Caller id says-new york call, 716-418-7185.   (I also rev'd a message with voice of nco-part of message, and voice from enhanced recovery-chelsie-english accent-female--other part of message)--so aci, aka nco, aka enhanced recovery, aka creditors alliance, aka: transworld, pinnacle credit services, fourscore resource capital, national revenue corp, srm-source receivables management, retrieval masters credit bureau, fms incorporated, fms investment corporations, vericore, titan recovery, uca-united creditors alliance, calvery portfolio, certegy, nco group,inc.-leading edge/worldwide assets, northland group, academy collections, mason wells. (I think).  Collectors for chase-enhanced recovery, i.c. systems, aka: collect america, atlantic creditand finance, nco, northwest financial, law office of john p. frye.  Can they be connected to:ex-convict running debt collection scam-final claims asset locators, final control asset locators, interchange payment solutions?  Anyway,  see buffalo debt collectors/andrew cuomo-2009, and what they're doing now.  (Jaffe and Asher-1of debt collectors cuomo sued in 2009-living in very high end part of new york, while calling from unknown name, 12 digits for phone#, and prob collecting on zombie debts.

Called twice and pretended to be calling for my soldier in Afghanistan.

I get these calls all the time from ACI / NCO - different numbers - saying they are calling in regards to a debt. They are chasing down I believe expired debts from other collection agencies that they buy in a batch from other agency's that can't collect becuase the debts are not legitimate and if they were at one time have expired due to the statute of limitiations. They buy these for basicaly nothing so if they can get anyone to pay any amount they are ahead of the game. Just ignore them

JW--why ignore them;   if they take the trouble to call you, scam you, harrass you, etc. why not at least report them 2 :  IRS (tax evasion?),  attorney generals (of all the states they're calling from),  fbi,  police,  consumer lawyer,  ftc,  fraud.gov,  and anyone else who might be interested...  (I wonder if they've ever tried to collect from the mafia--that'd be interesting)

Some guy named Robert Hammer called from this number saying that he was from American Coradius International, he just called and threatened me that if I do not take the 15% Settlement by the end of the month of December on my Citi-Bank Mortgage, regarding my $419,000.00 mortgage debt that is outstanding, that me and my family will be out on the street by New Years Eve. He also said a comment about how it is cold in Pennsylvania. He hopes we find a new place by then. Said the Sherriff will be at my home by 8am on the 31st. Can they do this? I called Citi-Bank and they told me they can no longer help me and that this matter is being handled by ACI. Man called from 716-418-7200, 716-418-7205, 716-418-7211 and 716-418-7212, 716-418-7185, 716-418-7195, 716-418-7194, 716-418-7191. They call 3-4 times from different numbers every single day but Sunday.

They called.. said they were with ACI.. I guess everyone knows the name NCO and won’t call them back any longer.. anyway.. they collect for anyone that will sell them a file. They should be very careful how they speak to people.. the language they use.. the threats tgey make.. etc.. they called my daughter and made threats.. bug mistake! Her husband works fir a branch if the gov’t that you should NOT do that to! His boss sent men in black coats over there with handcuffs to have a “talk” with them about threatening people! Hahaha
