It is a debt collector - American Coradius International (aka ACI)

I am not late on any debt account that I have.  This company has been calling my phone number and when I answer the call they will not say anything.  They just hang up on me.  Please tell them to quit calling me.

Some guy named Robert Hammer called from this number saying that he was from American Coradius International, he just called and threatened me that if I do not take the 15% Settlement by the end of the month of December on my Citi-Bank Mortgage, regarding my $419,000.00 mortgage debt that is outstanding, that me and my family will be out on the street by New Years Eve. He also said a comment about how it is cold in Pennsylvania. He hopes we find a new place by then. Said the Sherriff will be at my home by 8am on the 31st. Can they do this? I called Citi-Bank and they told me they can no longer help me and that this matter is being handled by ACI. Man called from 716-418-7200, 716-418-7205, 716-418-7211 and 716-418-7212. They call 3-4 times every single day but Sunday.

These people called me from the same company as above on a holiday that is and just left another number to call most debt collectors send you something in the mail called me at work 2 weeks ago and now trying again these are scammers just trying to get money from people please I wish they would quit calling me...they called me at 716-418-7212 and want you to call them back at this #855-295-8173.....

All that is very illergal, threatening you like that. Ignore the calls amd report it to your attorney general.

Said they were calling in an atempt to collect a debt

Ms Mercedes Morales called from American Coradius International, did not answer, stated attempt to collect a debt but left no info on VM called from 716-418-7212 or 855-295-8173 said to call back with ref#8451494. Do not owe and have not received anything by mail.  Sounds like a scam to me
