This number has called me several times. My caller id says FED REFUND DEPT.My cell phone provider allows me to report phone numbers as spam or scam.I have reported them and blocked calls and text messages.They never leave a message and I have no loans at all or debt.So I will say this is definitely a scam.

Received a phone call from this number about 1/2 hour ago.....since I seem to be receiving more and more of these obnoxious calls (even though my number has been on the 'Do Not Call Registry' for years...........I no longer answer calls when I don't recognize the number.  There was no message left.  It's a dam shame when you can't even answer your phone calls anymore....What has this world come to?

Understand, these people are crooks and crooks don't care about no stinkin' donotcall. Report them to donotcall complaints and maybe they will track them down and lock them up. maybe,,,

Keep getting calls from 716-442-3215. I've asked, told, cursed, everything and the [***] keep calling.

They just called, I answered, they said nothing for 10 seconds and hung up, I blocked the number.

They left a one word message in my voicemail, "[***]". Very offensive considering I don't know the number and just let it go to voicemail.
