Got a call from Mark Bakster phone number 716-478-4109 and do not know if this is a scam or not.

This is a scam. They called me today to tell me a judgement has been filed against me and they will take my tax money. I never took out a payday loan. Then he proceeded to tell me that if i were to call them and satisfy on paying 1000 for a supposed 200 to 300 dollar loan that i never took out. I pay my bills so i knew this was fake.

I was just notified as well from a men name Michael Richards. as a collection agency to collect a debt . he in fact had some of my information but I don't write checks or go to pay day cash banks, he also said well if its not you maybe someone in your family  and if so do you just want to pay it for them to avoid any one going to court or getting there income taxes garnished,

I just got that call today!! I never had a payday loan! These people are scammers and try to  scare you into paying them!!

Yup called my mom asking about me  saying I would get sued for fraud she gave him my number smh

He sounds like an idiot this same person call me.
