I got the same message they can kiss my A$$ for all I care. Send me to court they will lose.

Its amazing how everyone wants to say FRAUD when its someone calling about a bill. 9 times out of 10, you owe whatever company is calling you Ashley. Im just wondering...If you were contacting someone that owed YOU money, would you be considered fraudulent also? Probably not.

People are being harassed for debts they do not owe, belong to someone else, have been paid, discharged in bankruptcy or the SOL has expired...

Yeah. But what about the people that DO owe debts? Let me guess...NOBODY owes money and everyone whos contacted by a collection agency is just being harassed?! Oh, I understand now. You must be one of them.

If people DO owe debt, they should pay it.

We know what you're trying to do pal. That's the fact & you hate it. Sitting up there in WNY trying to collect Junk/Bogus debt just isn't what it used to be is it buddy? People have caught on to the games that your kind play. If you have legal claim to a valid debt then you're required to prove it by adhering to the FDCPA. Your kind won't, because your kind have no legal claims to any valid debts. Just time-barred trash & bogus BS that isn't worth the flash drives you buy them on.
You're wasting your time here clown. Put your headset back on & go back to trying to find a sucker on the phone. You aren't going to find any fools here...except the occasional fool like yourself that thinks he can blow some smoke.

Well considering I have never borrowed money/took out a loan/got a payday advance or rented anything it looks... lets just say  "odd" for anyone to call like that.

But scammers do call people hoping you had some debt that you've forgot about because it was years ago and you aren't clear on the facts by that point. Then their scam is exposed when you had no debt to begin with.

Because seriously if they are trying to scam people, they'll do it by fraudulent means. Regulations? laws?  They won't go for that because they're...wait for it....scammers.
