I got a call by a woman named Amy Sargenitti stating she was a legal courier in Indianapolis and that on June 11, 2015 I will receive a certified legal letter of intent either on my job or at my place of residence and that I need to contact the plaintiff at 716-514-4088. Upon calling the number a lady by the name of Nicole stated that I needed to leave my name and case number on her voice mail. When Amy called me she had left her message on my voicemail and I couldn't even call her back because it was an unknown number but she left the number 716-514-4088 in which Nicole's voice was on the voicemail asking to leave my name, phone number and case number and that she would call me back.

REAL process servers do NOT call!!  They arrive unannounced.  Voicemails & emails are NOT considered official notification either.

Stop talking to these crooks immediately. Don't call them back again and don't answer if/when they call you. They are phishing for people to scam, which they do by trying to scare you into thinking you will go to jail unless you pay for something you don't even owe.

Block the number if you can, so it won't bother you when they call back. BY ALL MEANS, do NOT give them any money or bank account number or credit card number or God forbid your Social Security Number.
