Barbara left a message needs to know where I am on firdayy for a document to be delivered.I  called back and told I don't what this is all about. She said she is with law firm of Frnaklin something.

Voice message from the above purporting to inform me of pending Legal action, quoted phony docket numbers asked me to call another number in area code 716. Called and left a message saying "either send me copies of whatever you're talking about or do not ever call again", nothing since either in writing or phone. Obviously another zombie debt scam counting on people to be too uninformed to stand up for their rights.

Received a called notifying me that it was an attempt to collect a debt; gave a docket number and requested that I called to avoid further legal action.  No mention of what debt was owed or how much. The caller identified himself as Ryan Williams from the law office of Gardner/Annual

The same guy, Ryan Williams (He said he was from McArthur, Allen & Associates), called me last week on 11/23/13 saying they represented JPMorgan Chase about a credit card debt that goes back to 2001. I haven't used a credit card in over ten years. He said the debt had accrued interest and fines, and it is now at $15,000 but will settle for $5000. He claimed it was still within statue of limitations because of something in 2009 which I had no idea what he meant.

*I received the call on 10/23/13 and got another voicemail again today 10/28/13.

Ron Williams called with a Federal Doc # from MacArthur Hayden & Associates with a pending judgement against my name and SSan.  I turned this over to my State Attorney General Office.
