    Got a message from a Jennifer from O'Brien, Wexler Associates. They claim we have 48 hours to give them an answer as to whether we want to resolve a pay day loan through them or have them file civil court papers. I am no attorney but I believe they are to offer me 30 days in which to dispute a debt. They did send me a letter via email saying giving me a settlement offer but the letter did not give me any time to dispute. Am I wrong?
