I did too.  He said he had important paperwork to deliver to me and to call him back.

He told me i had a large sum to pay but if i was to give him $341 today it would close out the account.. Called the place who he said i owed, turns out it was false. A scammer, goes by "Randy"

Ok. I just got called from this number saying papers would be delivered on the 29th. So is this a scam and who do I call to report it?

Called family members & said he wanted to send suit paperwork to family members addresses. Scammer Randy? Also called from 716-809-8129.

Scammer. Claims to be an investigator representing several Banks and there's a civil suit against you. Tells you to call you at this number and pay him some money to settle it. Total scam.
