They called my mom and said they were Ron Coleman and Associates and told my mom they were pursuing a case of fraud for a money loan which is a bunch of B.S. these people are frauds dont believe them.

This Ron Coleman contacted me yesterday... (7-16-2014), and stated the same as what you stated, Juan.
He stated, "I am Ron Coleman and I am an investigator. He went on to say that he would be pursuing a criminal case of fraud against me with my respective county district attorney's office." He requested my personal banking information for payment over the phone. I asked him to MAIL respective documents regarding the debt owed. This way I would have the ability to validate any legitimacy of the supposed debt owed. He said "he would email those documents for my review and ELECTRONIC signature." Amazingly enough, no email correspondence has been sent to my email as of today. (7-17-2014). This Coleman stated his "collection agency" is located near Buffalo, New York. His final comment at the end of the initial phone conversation was, "good luck."
RED FLAGS have gone up in my mind, therefore, I have decided to contact my respective Attorney General's Office and inquire about this Ron Coleman agency. I am also looking into filing an online "fraudulent phone scam report" with the Federal Trade Commission, for review.
I saved his initial voice phone message, with the date, time of call, his demeanor and demands. This voice phone message with phone number, (716)-650-5956, WILL be forwarded to my respective State Attorney General's Office.

I  kept the voice mail message this horrible human being left, and I plan to turn it in to the authorities. Never left his name, but called me a dead beat, said he was going to have a sheriff arrest me. This was for a on line pay day loan which my wife and I had been paying through some collection agency 2 years ago. We paid it for a while and my wife lost her job so we could not continue. I called the agency and told them what had happened so they stopped putting payments through. Next thing I know I am getting extremely threatening calls from this number.
