    Received a call on my cell phone saying Congratulations, I have won a lot of money and a car.
    I asked what this was all about and they said, "it took them 3 months to find me"
    I ask, "Who are You" he gave his name and his private number and assured me that this is real.
    His private number (876) 250-2499
    He wants to deliver the money and the car to my door today on Christmas Day. One thing, he wants a small fee
    before he can deliver it.  Please respond
