There is a new email loan scam being operated under the name USA Finance. They send out fake documents to a list of email addresses which are visible to everyone else on the email. Everyone has the same "approval number". Despite the call look up tracing back to New York, the email is signed by a Kevin Maxwell, Sr. Loan Officer and gives an address of 9600 W. Bryn Mawr Rd. Rosemont, IL. The most recent incarnation of this scam now includes a statement about FTC 91C and not requiring any payments up front. A Google map search for the address reveals three large privately owned office buildings located at this address, none of which lease small office space according to people I know in Chicagoland commercial real estate.

Be aware that this is a major scam. You will receive the same email with the same approval document about twice daily, each time coming from a new gmail account address. Calling the number will get you answered by Kevin Maxwell who has such a heavy foreign accent it's difficult to understand. Asking to have your email address removed gets a response that he will remove your email address immediately but doesn't ask for the address. When you ask him how he knows what email address to remove he will hang up on you.

Their standard mode of operation is to create a new gmail account then send out their fake loan document twice daily. Each time they do this they use a different gmail account.

This scam outfit previously identified itself as Ace Cash Loans as recently as April 15, 2014.

They got your email and telephone information when you filled out a form on one of the online payday loan referral sites. AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They sell your information out to anyone willing to pay them without kind of oversight to ensure that your data only goes to legitimate lenders. ALWAYS scroll to the bottom of any website claiming to get you a guaranteed loan. They ALL have a standard disclaimer that states that the owner of this website is not a lender. Since most people in dire financial straits usually just fill out the quick approval form and never see this they end up on every tele- and email-scammer's list of targets.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! No legitimate lender is going to offer you a $5000 cash loan, period. "If it sounds too good to be true then that's usually what it is! NOT TRUE!!!
