They even sent me a paid in full letter. I would advise anyone who recieves a call from that number to cll them back & see whats going on. First of all, You dont know me, so dont say I'm lying... I owed a bill, and they helped me pay it off.. All i can say is for people like yourself, to pay your bills and you will not have people like that calling you. They were very professional and curtious. They did not force me to do anything. They proved to me that I owed it by providing a letter & they sent one to me when i finished paying it. Then i looked on my credit report & it showed paid..... So they did what they were supposed to

I contacted our State Attorney's office and they have stressed DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY OR INFORMATION! This is a total scam.  I have turned this number over to them and also all of the other numbers that they call from with this area code.  And it is my understanding that they are under major investigation for fraud and identity theft.

Even if you we're right, they violate the fair debt collection law when they called. ANY debt collector must state it is an attempt to colllect a debt. They did not state this in their vm.

Whoever is posting all of the kind words about this company must have gotten a small bonus for doing it because this is the craziest company I have ever seen!  This woman, chewing food in my ear, called me from there stating there was a problem with my Social Security number.  She then transferred me to a Mr. Gamble who said a process server was coming over to serve me legal papers.  I thanked him for the informative call and then he asked for my address!  Pardon me but if a process server was on his way, wouldn't they know where to go?  He was very upset and became rude when I refused to provide my Social Security number, address or email.  He then said that he wanted my credit card info or I would be going to jail.  Also of note, He told me he was with the LAW FIRM of Fanelli and Associates.  When I told him he was not with a law firm, his only response was "you caught me".

Also, when I told Mr. Gamble that I had read all the bad things about him, he said "well there are some nice things as well".  I told him I hadn't seen any.  I think Mr. Gamble himself wrote the messages above.  :)

Mr. Gamble did write these things.  They buy these accounts, the accounts are oustanding debts people owe.  Then the company who processed the transaction gets pennys on the dollars.  Now Mr. Gamble can make a huge profit if they convince people to pay up.

    Thats exactly how it goes.

See you Mr. Gamble :   )

These people are rude and hang up like a child--
they manipulate and try to bully even when they know someone is having an emergency

I am so upset--I got a call from a guy who was intrusive and bullying
When I called back to say never call again, a lady answered, was extremely rude,  and hung up-
She did not care that we had a death in the family

    I am calling state Atty.

Mr. Gamble and his co-horts are indeed trying to scam you.  He pulled the same bulls*** with me--telling me I was being served papers and that I had to make a payment asap to avoid this "legal action."  THAT my friends is a scam!

Scam - do not fall victim.

Got a voice message from this number, stated I needed to call them to discuss a legal issue, then an automated voice came on and listed out a case number.  A person returned to the phone and stated I needed to call within 48 hours, or have my lawyer call them.  If there is an issue, a legitimate business would address me by name, with clear information as to the issue.  I've gotten these type of scam messages before.  If they call you, then they should know who you are.  Specifically, if they call a cell phone number that is not listed nor posted anywhere (I always use my home number when I have to give a number), you know that they are using a random number generator to troll for victims.

Oh here we go again with these clowns.  This time I taped the conversation because they do in fact identify themselves as a "law Firm"  Sadly I didn't get Mr. Gamble this time.  I spoke with someone named Patrick Smith who actually was very nice but since this company also works as a company called Coyne Tel, he could not keep his story straight about which company name they called me under last week when they threatened that Mr. Watson the process server was on his way.  Today when he called I told him I'm still waiting for the process server.  Now I'm waiting for proof of the debt.  The won't mail you anything because they can't afford stamps so I told him to fax it.  Since I do not know of a Company called Check and Go, this should be fun.

You're right to laugh.  These people are very annoying but when you know they are liars, it's easier to handle them.  They are forceful and have no clue what they are doing.  Ask a lot of questions before you give these people your money.  Giant scam is what they are.

    A Victim
They're calling me now, as I type this. They are highly rude and even told me not to pay my bills so that I could pay an outstanding bill in which I've already paid. I canceled my credit card & now they're blowing up my phone. I wish I would've looked this up sooner.

They constantly called me about a loan I took out 2 years ago.  Very rude people on the phone, but did what they said they were going to do.  Mean people, but honest as far as I can tell.  Hopefully they just take the money and I never have to hear from them again.

They do not have bonds or licenses to even collect a debt, they are liars and thieves they will do anything and say anything to SCARE you into paying a debt they CLAIM you own. DO NOT FALL for it. Please do not give anyone your info over the phone, why would you. Get it in writing and record all calls and use it against them. A lot of consumers are fighting back these days and you can to, document everything and contact a consumer lawyer and im pretty sure its in the bag from there. Do not deal with these people hell lie to them and say you work at a law firm and answer the phone with some fake lawfirm like they do chances are they will quit callin

YOU CAN NOT BE PROSECUTED FOR A DEBT, YOU WILL NOT GO TO PRISON, YOU CAN NOT BE SERVED BY A 3RD PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR WHO HAS NOT OBTAINED A LICENSE OR BOND. THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER BUT WITH COMPANY ITS HARASSMENT SINCE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY OR BONDS OR LICENSE TO COLLECT A DEBT NOR SUE.

PS everyone who says its the happiest place on earth to work with...LIARS you work for them and trying to save your reputation, try saving your job you will be closed im sure soon!!!
