PAY ur debt stop living off obama u scum bags! i paid this company they sent me a paid in full letter. i contacted check n go after and they stated it was actually payed in full!

I get calls from this number several times a day everyday and the voicemail message is to call them regarding a descriptancy in my social security number and to call within the next 48 hours and ask for Mr. Fanelli number to call is the 888-880-7456 case number 104216 and  they call my number for my daughter Jennifer her case number is the same as mine 104216 and she is to call the 716-875-5797 and ask for Mrs. Hart. I am so sick and tired of them calling and quiet obviously it is a scam. I want these calls stopped.

i got a call from them too i told them to go to hell, and i was calling the police, state attorney here in Missouri, and a proscuting attorney, he hung up on me too. this is a scam. the other number that calls me is 1-305-455-9459 he is frim india he is also a scam. please report all these people .

I'm not going to lie about half way through I called them out stating it was a scam. I set payments up with them and they had the exact amount I owed on a payday loan. Can they be rude, yes. Though, if you were a debt collector and dealing with abunch of irresponsible people I'm sure you'd get just as annoyed as they probably get ALL THE TIME.  Listen, if you want to SAVE  your credit, which they report quarterly, than I suggest giving them a call back. They'll send you your documents of you paying it off and what you owe and all that jazz.

If they're so legitimate then they have no problems with sending you the required notice of validation, Right? By mail, NOT e-mail or fax...Right? As per federal law under the FDCPA.
If they do not provide you with a written, verifiable & complete notice of validation, by mail, pay them NOTHING!
Believe nothing you're told. VERIFY any information provided, BEFORE any payment is made. If they refuse to provide you with a notice of validation, by mail, then they have just confirmed that their claim is invalid or completely bogus. Accept no excuses, listen to no threats! The laws are clear and if they don't comply with them, they are FRAUDS!

I've received multiple calls from this company, saying that I'm Joanne Morris. I told them that I am not, and that I would like to be removed from the calling list. When I said that they had called me four times, the man on the other side said, very rudely and bratty, "Nope. This is the first time we've called you, but you have a nice day." And proceeded to hang up on me. This was two weeks ago and I'm still receiving calls from them, even after requesting to be taken off of the calling list.

I just received a call from this number as well but they used the firm name Zimmerman and associates.  I do pay my debts and have nothing outstanding that they would need to call me about.  I know who my creditors are and how to reach them as well..  I was told that they had a process server coming to my work or my home to serve me papers and that I needed to call them back ASAP.  Didn't address me by name or tell me what the debt was even for.  I told them to send me something in writing and they stated that they had but I have never received anything from them.  It is supposedly a payday loan that I got online.  I have never and will never get a payday loan from anyone especially on line.  They needed to verify my SSN and address which I did not give them.  SCAM.   Actually the number on caller ID was 716-875-5797 but the number they wanted me to call back was 877-418-3931 and if you look that up it has scam written all over it as well.  They didn't leave a name to ask for when I call back.

THEY ARE LYING I HAVE BEEN GIVNG THEM MONEY FOR MONTHS NOW UNTIL  I STARTED RESEARCHING THE COMPANY.  I WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM MONEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT.  IF THEY ARE REAL THEY WOULD SEND ME A NOTICE IN THE MAIL AND TAKE WHAT EVER PAYMENT I COULD GET NOT WHAT THEY DECIDED.  I CANNOT BELIEVE I FELL FOR THIS BUT NO MORE
