Don't stress!  This is a very large, very legitimate company.  My boss takes their calls and doesn't take 99% of the calls that come in!

My store received a call from them this morning and my associate answered.  They wanted to verify the address to mail a refund check to me.  Sounded hinky, so I told the associate that i was not here, don't verify anything and take a message.  They left no message and said they would mail the check anyway.  

After reading through the previous posts, I have to wonder why they would send a refund check to me.  I have never done business with them in the past, and the phone books they are delivering (if that is the case) are free.  If I didn't get one, what refund would there be?  Still sounds hinky to me.

Got a call this morning.  I fed it to my fax machine.

No message early morning call. did not call back.

This phone number keeps calling repeatedly and says he is testing the lines.

No its not. I just answered them, they asked for someone who doesn't even live at this address, and then I asked who was calling, they just hung up in my ear.

Local Edge Phone Book -

Area wide phone book people checking to make sure their book was delivered to us. We may be the last advertiser so they want to make sure.

Caller ID read "Digital Support". I didn't answer the call & they left no message.

They call 2-3 times a day. No one answers...after I say hello 3x, the line disconnects.

Yeah, but they call and hang up.  Or if I answer there's no one there but voices in the background.  The caller ID comes up J. Booz.

Just called me said just verifying your name ?
