I also received a call from this man Jarmain Walker stating he is a paralegal from Prisom associates.    It's hard to write what he said because the structure of the sentences were not even correct.  One statement said:   "This is Jarmain Walker, a paralegal here with the fraud allegation department in Prison associates and this phone call is regarding an affidavit of fraud we have here.  It  has been drawn up and notarized with the social security number of one name of my son.  Duties state and federal law mandated to them aware that the accusation there has been a warrant at the New Castle court due to far an immediately for proceeding.  Now this is a matter with the Sheriffs department.  It is imperative that he does return our call immediately directly at 716-898-0285.  This as regards to case track number 270228-cv that will follow the legal process.  Now I am here until seven o'clock eastern standard time.  My direct number to reach me at is 716-898-0185 and it is required his immediate and direct response.  Thank you."  This is written just as his message was recorded.  I have a phone that puts in writing what he says.  As you can see a professional person would not speak this way.  This is the second time I received a call.

My husband gets a call from a private number. Man says he is a carrier and he has a summons and is being sued for money he owes. He gives my husband the number of 716-898-0185 to find out what its about. when he calls they say he owes 1365.00.. from a payday loan? He continues to tell my husband if it's not paid in full that he is going to have a warrent out for his arrest. when i had my husband ask him for the address he became very rude and was not willing to give me his information. All he kept saying is"do u really want to go to jail? what a great role model u will be then for your children" Really that is what collection ppl do these day. threaten ppl with jail. Get a real job!! Harrasing ppl and scaring them to get money!! what a joke!
