Scammers must be getting desperate! Looks like they really enjoy making fake posts on this site.

Guess what? You're no better at lying on the internet than you are at lying on the phone, so go back to the boiler room where you belong!

They are a scam, Kenneth Levy and his buddy Adam are looking to scam money from you. Do a search on Becker and Klein LLC and you will come up with nothing on this company besides harassing phone calls. No website, no credentials, nothing!! If you receive a phone call from these guys get ready to notify your bank that you have been contacted by them because they will be will be trying to take money out of your bank. Kenneth gave me an email address of beckerandkleinllc@gmail.com, what legit company do you know of that uses gmail as a business email account. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I got the same message.  Has anyone ever actually had them show up or serve papers?  Also called themselves NAM LLC.  INfo I've found online says they're out of Delaware and/or New York.  Not sure if it's legit, as I don't even recognize the name of the debt I say I owe.  Very concerned.  Please let me know if they're for real and if they've ever actually sued/arrested/issued a warrant/etc. on anyone.

Total debt scamming operation.   Being in ordinary civil debt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it. An arrest warrant is only issued by a  judge (or magistrate) in your local district;  it  authorizes law enforcement to arrest the person named in the warrant for a specific crime.  Warrants are applied for by law enforcement  by way of an affidavit that sets up   probable cause that a crime was committed and that the person named in the warrant committed it. Warrants  are only served by duly constituted officers of the law.   But warrants are not issued to debt collectors.  Debt collectors have nothing to do with the criminal justice system.

Nobody is going to show up and serve papers.  No legitimate process server calls you up and lets you know he or she is coming by.   This is just an attempt to scare some money out of you.  Don't fall for it.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

    1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
    2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
    3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

    If they are bothering you,

    Report them:

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection  (Threatening arrest or criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a clear violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
