This number called my cell phone and hung up as soon as I answered. I called back right away 4 times  and it kept on ringing busy. I was told that some numbers i'm sure including this one use your line to connect a long distance or international outgoing call so they don't pay when you pick up. The trick is for you to answer their incoming call so they can get on your network to make a long distance or international call. You might have a high bill coming your way unless you notify you service provider. The best thing to do is not to answer a number you don't know. If their intention is to reach you, the person calling will leave you a message, if no message is left then you'll know what the intention of the caller was.
