They claim they are with "Attorney McClure's office".  The woman was downright rude from hello.  Asked when I was going to pay my bill.  I told her that I was not paying that bill as it is under dispute and she should be aware of that.  She started telling me that I HAVE to pay the bill and kept talking over me.  I asked her to let me speak and she screamed "PAY YOUR BILL" and hung up.  I tried calling back 6 times in a row and she kept picking up and hanging right up.  These people are NOT professional.  They are pitbull collectors and I intend to file a complaint with multiple agencies.

I had the same experience a few minutes ago with a very rude woman.  When told her that i would make payment arrangements and asked of the facility to which i was being billed she stated an area that i have no idea if i went there.  She then wanted my credit card, or debit card information.  I told her that if she sent me a bill in the mail, I would make arrangements.  She stated that she already sent a notice and that no other notices would be sent out.  I told her that I was not going to give my personal information to a stranger on the phone, she then became very belligerent and I had no other option but to hang up as she was yelling at me.  I called back and spoke to a much nicer woman to report.  But I am still not sure if this was a legit call and if they are, they need to redo their hiring practices because this woman was probably one of the rudest people I have encountered.  I worked in a prison where the inmates were more respectful.

I just received a call from this office. She was rude and told me about a bill I supposedly owe.. I DO NOT have any outstanding debts at all.. It is a scam!!! She tried telling me that I owed the hospital for a surgery I had 4 yrs ago. I told her she was full of s**t and if I did owe them then they would have sent me a bill. I paid every bill I ever received from that surgery. I pulled up my credit report, www.annualcreditreport.com, NO collections reported!! It's a scam!!

This is 100% a scam. This woman has called me before saying I owe money which I do not have any outstanding debts. I keep track of my credit. She called another time but did not leave a voicemail. So I called the number back and she just answered with a simple “Hello”. Hmm, seems fishy to me.
