Just received a call from this number.....let it ring, as I did not recognize it.  No msg left either.  Tired of even having a landline anymore!!

If you are on the Do Not Call list (US or PA), file a complaint.  They are a company that doesn't exist based out of India but claim to be based out of the US.  They periodically change their phone number to keep one step ahead of the law.

I tried re-dialing this #. The message was from the Do-Not-Call List folks!?!Sounds like a scam to me!

I've gotten several calls from this number as well. They never leave a message. I am on the do not call list and if this number is from a telemarketer then it needs to be reported. Please take care of this as these constant calls are very annoying.

No one on this website can remove that number or have them stop calling you.

I too have these people calling me.  I just started keeping a note of when they call me (date and time) and who I talked to.  It takes two or three seconds for the message to come on but then tells me to "press 5" to talk to a representative about my electric bill.  When I get a representative and tell them to remove me from their list because I am on the "Federal Do Not Call List" they usually hang up.  Most of the time before I can even finish my sentence.  I am now going to file a complaint with both the PA Attorney General' Office and the Federal Trade Commission every time they call me.  I don't know if this will solve anything but I am going to make an attempt.

Your comments can be very helpful to people with any intelligence, but it apparently Lisa is not a member of that group. She appears to be a doopa.

Calls a few times per week. Some junk about electric rates. Have never done business with this company, or whatever it is.

My complaint same as all those above..W hy can this not be stopped..it's very annoying I received 5 or 6 calls in the matter of 2 weeks..We have a do not call list..what good is it if we cannot stop these calls..

ID says Service Customer.  No one answers or breathes.  They just like to annoy people and are spoofing calls.  What do they get out of these calls if no one is buying anything?  Are seniors the prime people to pick on or do they call to see if you are home  and know your schedules to rob your homes?  They must get great pay to harrass people. Get a life - volunteer and actually help the less fortunate.

Called again today. I picked up to silence and let them hang up.

Spoke with someone who said that it doesn't matter what energy company you are with. If you didn't say don't share my info, it has been sold to any number of energy switch companies. And because you have had and have a 'relationship' with your original energy service that they or other companies that they share their customer list from...non of them are not banned from the DNC lists. So if you did switch your energy company...you most likely have somewhere in the fine print that other 'retailers' of energy will be 'allowed' to call you to try and get you to change your service.

Pick up, say nothing hang up, let it go to your answering machine. You aren't likely to find out who they are. And being nasty won't help.

This is another spammer trolling for electric utility business. It is not PPL Electric. They use their name but the company is trying to sell electricity to customers of PPL. Three calls this week already. They are now on my block list. For those wondering why your phone rings and no one answers on the other end? It's because it is a boiler room operation where a computer dials phone numbers at random or from a list and when a live person answers it gets switched to an agent to sell you electricity. If two or more gets answered simultaneously, one call goes through and the others get dropped.

Caller ID shows Harrisburg, PA - called today @ 3:30 PM, no message.

Just called us too.  ID Says Harrisburg.  7:30pm  they dint say anything.  just hung up
