717-555-0151

I too got a call from this number.  When I investigated it I came across a site called fakenumber.org.  According to that site, "+1-717-555-0151 is a fake Harrisburg telephone number."  Don't know how accurate this site is, however, if the number is fake, it would not be unreasonable to assume it is a scam

Note:  in description for this site, fakenumber.org says:

Were you to make up a random US phone number yourself, there is a high chance of your number ending up being legitimate. However, with Fake Number's ethical service, you can have full confidence that all generated US telephone numbers are indeed 100% non-working. ...

Please note that the use of any fake telephone numbers generated by Fake Number does not imply that the resulting US number has been allocated. It should also be remembered that whilst these random phone numbers will not be assigned for use by telephony companies in the foreseeable future, there is no guarantee that this situation will remain unchanged forever. Ultimately, ensuring that there is sufficient numbering capacity available to meet future requirements for 'real' US telephony purposes is likely to be of greater priority.

Have to question whether fakenumber.org is, itself, legitimate or if this site contributes to the problem.
