Just got my first call from 717.920.3899........no one said a word......I'll just block their number.  They will probably start calling from another number...........

i got a call from 717 920 3899 now what is that suppose to be. a company or a prank caller?

SUGGESTION:   if you are not the person they are looking for ...
and.... they continue calling you simply (via internet) report them to your state's Attorney General's office ......harassing phone calls are illegal

This 717-920-3899 number called my cell 4 times today.....I have no clue where they got my number from and they wont leave a message. I don't answer numbers that I don't know so hopefully they will get the point and stop calling.

I have been getting calls from that number and the 716 area code that sound the same as most of you say. they leave message saying someones name and it isn't me so i just ignore the constant repeated calls for a year now. I LOVE CALLER ID its the shizits

I forgot to mention that I never answer calls from unknown callers. If the # shows up it means I never gave them my # cause I program all numbers with name on my phone. so if a name doesn't appear I didn't give my # to the caller. LOL

They call and leave no message...  I called back and a lady answered... I wanted to know who was calling..  She said Penn Credit... She said the reason I was calling back to see who was calling is because I KNOW I OWE SOMEONE SOME MONEY....  WHAT???  I am not the person she is even looking for...  I told her she was very unprofessional...  She said I was just scared.. WTH????  she said she would remove the # from the data base since it is not who she is looking for... Yeah right, the way she spoke to me I highly doubt it....

Wow, This dang number called here AGAIN! Luckily, I remembered this had happened before & didn't answer. How nuts!

I am tired of getting phone calls from this number they never leave a message and i want something done about it now you have this here it says report a phone call from this number 717-920-3899 will iam reporting it (please do something.)

Received a call from these people yesterday, Saying this is an attempt to collect a debt, I asked who the debt was owed to, she asked if I had purchased a PED EGG in the amount of 24.98 from Publishers Clearing House in 2008. I have never ordered anything from PCH, nor would I pay 24.98 for a PED Egg when you can get them anywhere for 9.98. I think this is a scam.  I tried to call them back today and got put on eternal hold, I finally hung up.
