Suddenly got sent a sext from this number. Tried responding with non-English answers but just kept messaging; I wonder if this is a scam bot of some kind

Exact same thing happened to me. What’s weird is the caller listed the exact city I’m from. Then proceeded to send me a random sext.

Yes the same thing is currently happening to me. They even sent photos...really odd

Got a text from this # saying it was "Jenna" ... looking for somebody else named mike. Proceeded to tell her I was not mike and then the person tried to keep the conversation going... idk just seemed very sketchy and wanted to see if any had any similarities from this #

This apparently is a text bot of some kind as the name "Jenna" is associated with multiple numbers all with reports of the same kind of text messages being sent.  Probably an attempt to get you onto a dubious hook-up site or pay webcam or phone sex site.

Got a text from this number. Decided to look it up before even replying to it. Ended up here. This number is still active texting people 1 whole year later. If you got a text from this number just report as spam/or scam caller if you can

"Jen tried to contact me. They just look up your area code and choose the biggest city nearby to guess where are from.

Keep calling all day morning til night.  When i answer they say nothing or hang up.  Tried   blocking but theyll change a digit of number and keep calling..I'm  fed up .with it !!! Why cant this be stopped !!-
