Just got a call. Missed it. called back and talked to them in Russian. From what I understood (which wasn't much) sounded like they were trying to sell something

I have recieved aprox. 10 calls from this number within the last 30 days. Typically 1 to 2 rings... then they hang up. When I return the missed call its is some female with a Non- American accent, (Russian)  I believe.The area code indicates it's from NY. I reported it to my cell carrier. I want to know what carrier this number belongs to, and why they aren't responding to Harrassing calls being made from it.

They also call me atleast evryday and hang up and if u call back they hang up on you
