thisi is the most horrible company I ever dealt with. they don't know what they doing I still haven't received my package so I decided to send it back to sender. I will never ever use UPS again I'm telling all my friends And anybody that listens to try someone else, anybody else ups sucks!

Completely agree with you!  Put a bunch of monkeys in a room and they will still do a better job than UPS!

I google this phone # and found out it was from UPS. I missed the call maybe while talking to Amazon about my package. They called once and I try to return the call like for the longest time and its just busy like they do it so no one can call them. Very unprofessional

Horrible customer service, they extremely rude.I've been calling these people for a package  since Monday and they tell me they're coming at 6:00 pm I've never heard from them

Maybe you should contact UPS at a known phone number, such as the one found on their official website. Or you could even track the package on their official website.
