Same bogus robotic voice call about lawsuit at the county court house. Unless the State of NY has somehow annexed CT in a hereforto unknown land grab, their jurisdiction ended in Port Chester. TOTAL SCAM!

I'm getting the calls too. Three so far today (1 May 2015)

Message was left on my voicemail that I was named in a lawsuit - call before it went to county court.

Had 2 messages on my machine today.  Exact same description as above.  For grins, I tried to call back after hours (10pm CST).  It doesn't even ring on the other end.

Same experience as most posts , automated call , several times , court filing at local courthouse , ...all scammers

T have received 4 calls, so far, that is a recording saying I'm going to be audited and possible lawsuit.  I received three calls yesterday asking me to call a different number.  I didn't.   Received one call so far today.
How do I get rid of them?

I got 3 calls, the robo voice gave me 2 different numbers to call back. 1st one I got connected to another caller asking about this message. 2time a guy answered asking my name, told him "you called me, you tell me my name" he then proceeded to tell me "we are the IRS, we have the right to know, what is your name". I wouldn't give him my name so he hung up on me. Bunch of losers who have no life and probably still live at home with their mommies.

I answered ph and a recorded message saying they are from IRS and there is a lawsuit on us and they need to speak to me its very time sinceable and need to call before I am arrested

Received two voice mail messages saying a lawsuit was filed against me.  Called the number back, the non-English speaking individual told me he was Officer Jack Cooper from the IRS.  I let him give his speech claiming that he wasn't denying I filed my taxes but they were all wrong.  On 3 different dates someone came to my house for signatures on these very important documents and that no one was home and it could only be MY signature.  I stopped listening to him but let him continue, he eventually asked how I wanted to proceed.  I told him to mail me some information, he hung up the phone on me.

Several calls from this number claiming there is a warrant for my arrest and pending lawsuit for money I supposedly owe the IRS.
