yeah this is advanta crdit card calling.  but it is a computer calling so it keeps calling several times a day and never leaves a message.    i just ignore this number have set my phone to vibrate so i dont respond to them  or the many other numbers they have (scroll down).  seems they havve gone out of business, they closed my account back last year but i continued paying thier hi interest until recently and decided to say hell with them.  miss apayment and u default anyway.  advanta f.u.

They closed the accounts. Raised the interest rates to penalty pricing levels, whether you deserved it or not. They are just trying to get anyone to pay them.  With everyone with lousy credit scores these days, they deserve what they get! NOTHING FROM ME! Here's a way to fix them. They cal and call and call. Wrote them a letter telling them that I was out of work. Wife diagnosed with Breast Cancer and could not pay.  They closed my account like everyone else, after raising my 14.9% to 35%! Wasn't late or delinquent, and always paid over and above what they required.  Thanks ADVANTA, NOT GLAD I MET YA!

just started, every morning bright and early they wake me up. I call back, they said they'd make a note not to call but again next morning the phone rings.  When I called back they asked for acct. #  I said I didn't have one, I didn't know who they were or why they were calling me.  Their reply is that "someone" at my number has an account, so it continues ...

Their auto dials and processors [***]...despite being paid they continue to call.

this is a collection company acting as if the are Advanta bank credit card company. Advanta Bank credit card or Advanta bank is in US bankruptcy court.  It is alleged they used unethical tactics against consumers and have been sued and may also have been under investigation.  It is further alleged that they filed for bankruptcy to avoid the civil suit results
