We got a call from this number today at 4:59 pm. The caller ID was NEW YORK NY. Our call blocker blocks all calls from this area code due to many previous such calls. For example, we have gotten calls from 718–395–1874 with Desmond Gittens as the caller ID, and the number was spoofed. It was also supposedly a solar company. I highly recommend a call blocker to avoid these nuisances.

I received multiple calls from this number.  Two in the last two days. Already added to the Nat'l.DNC list before.  I never pick up and they never leave message.

I'd says NY NY but it is junk. Our government at work. Time to elect Trump!

Caller asked for owner of and was trying to sell Green solar energy. I told him not to call also put block on this number.

I am guessing this is one of the many callers looking for new friends. Unfortunately for them I have plenty of friends. Besides I do believe the call was automatically blocked. I sure hope this didn't leave the person on the other end in tears.

I learned that getting worked up over these calls solves nothing.  So I now look at them with a sense of humor.

How successful can these people be that they are determined to call continually, then when they see their number here they change it and start all over again with a new #.  We’re on to you, jerks.  MOST of us will not answer a number we do not know.  Give it up and try a legit company, losers.

This number a middle eastern schmuck finally gets on says in the owner of the home there, I say take me off the call list, and I hang up. This is futile because no matter how much we complain or post on these websites, nothing is ever done about these annoying sub humans.

I got the same thing. What i did was call the number back 10 times in a row. Sometimes it would ring and ring, other times it would pick up and hang up. So I just kept calling until they blocked my number :) two can play at this game. Been three days without a call back

I'm getting these calls multiple times per day for at least a week already from this number. I always let unknown numbers go to voicemail but these guys never leave a message. Finally Googled them and found this page. As a result I'm adding this number to the block list.

I got a missed call from this number.  By the way friends, rather than whine on this board, next time answer the phone.  If you are lucky it will be a prerecorded message or a robocall.  That is a violation of the TCPA and you can recover $1500 per violation.  These are big class actions.  I have brought two of them in recent months.  One of the companies I sued is NRG Energy.  Just Google my name above if you want more information.

Caller wanted to sell solar, so I said, "oh yes please! I have a very large roof that faces south, but could you hold on while I see who is at the door?"
I put the phone on the counter and hung it up an hour later when I walked by.

I have had several disturbing calls from this nasty number. I can guess who is behind this. Wireless telecommunication

corporates like AshiT&T and Verizoon can control these calls. Their managers are completely ineligible cowboys and cannot

do anything. I worked for AshiT&T for 1 year. Bolton switch was completely shutdown for 2 weeks on Dec 2011, because all

techs were on vacation and ineligible incompetent supervisor Michael Murphey and his manager Brian Burchett could not

control their team. I have a lot of this news about AshiT&T and will disclose them by documents very soon and will discipline

these [***] catamites. They should be kicked out from AshiT&T, and the news of kicking out should be announced in their

website 3 days a week for 18 months. Otherwise I will [***] AshiT&T with disclosing all documents about them. CWA union

will also get its share to support these bull [***].
