Totally ILLEGAL Pre-recorded and FALSE message about "the back brace you called about".  Nope.  Never Happened.  Wouldn't buy ANYTHING form ANYONE in The Bronx.  STRONGLY believe CORPORATE AMERICA is behind these calls since 98% of them come in on the landline that is tied to Corporate accounts such as our PHONE and CABLE services.  Cable TV (TIME WARNER CABLE) commericials all the time for these types of SCAMS including this one (a MEDICARE SCAM), 'solar', switching your electricity provider, Class Action  Lawsuits and Lowering bills/interest rates, etc.  Within a DAY OR TWO of these commericals running, we get a call MATCHING that SCAM.  This is the way the Ultra-Filthy RICH are slowing ROBBING us and our government BLIND.

Called today at 12:15pm. I have had 5 or 6 of these same Medicare fraud attempts (based on the reports here), each from different numbers, each used just one time, so I don't bother reporting what are most likely spoofed numbers.
