A man called my phone and claimed to be a officer charlie johnson from 518-53-5323 and asked me to return his call at this number... I did and they claimed to be the fraud investigations department saying I had a lawsuite against me for a payday loan! I dont have a payday loan and the department of fraud investigations?? Def. Not in statton island ny lol ive already contacted the real dept. Of fraud about these people because they started with my husband, now its me only from a diff. Number and new names! Very strong accents as well

These [***] have asked me if I was home alone. When I wouldn't answer them, they said that they would come to my home and break down my door, then drag me off to jail. I told them, "yeah good luck with that. I am the jail a**hole!!!" Document everything, from time of call, to messages left with names and company names as well. spoke to the FTC, they said that there is a scam going on and it's coming from Nigeria. From what I've heard, some people have tried to stop it yet they were kicked out by their government. I say we build up a case so large that they United Nations has to get involved. This person called my work and and stated they were with the FBI. Asked me to call them that there was a lawsuit against my name. He stated his name was Jason Williams (heavy accent). I am so tired of these creeps calling my work from vaious numbers threatening me. I have been so threatened by them once before I was dumb enough to send them money BUT never again. I have no type of loan with these people. I just wish they could get stopped from harassing honest people.

THEN FOR SOME REASON HE JUST SAID LET ME CALL YOU BACK SO WE HUNG UP . BUT I KNOW THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS TO BE ANYTHING FOR ME TO WORRY ABOUT DUE TO NEVER DEALING WITH ANYTHING FROM OR WITH A FOREIGN COUNTRY AND HE HAS NOW CALLED AND LEFT 3 THREATING VOICE MAILS ON MY PHONE BUT WHATEVER .....

This man name or who he calls himself Greg Foster claims we have a payday loan, we dont and has threaten my household and has called me at work threatening stuff to my bosses, here are the numbers 585-331-08619 this was the first number he gave when my husband acted like my lawyer he stopped, now he calling from 718-569-1620 with a different name, could barely understand but it's the dame person, when called number back it was i think it says lobine jr college and with american and a foregn accent.

I just got a call from eric watson saying that i owed some company money for a loan that i didn't get. They also said that they were going to sue me for not paying on it but yet they wouldn't give me there name or the company that was going to sue me. That was so dumb.

i got a call from someone he was saying that he is an officer in froud investigation he was sounding very bad.i could barely understand him.now i am gonne sue him...i will get him arrested....

I just received a call from this number today and something told me to look the number up to see who it was or if there was some sort of scam going on and I thought it was very odd that when I asked to be transfered to this other department that they were talking about that the phone was simply handed to someone else lol. I will be calling my Police Department and notifying them of this phone call to see what they can do down here in Florida.

what happened did anyone ever show up or go to court ? i've been getting these calls for the past 2 months and theres even been a woman thats called they said i would have to come to court in nyc but wouldnt give me a date or anything

Just got a call from a foreign number then from 7607068888. Officer Sam, he say's in his thick Indian or Nigerian accent.  I cannot tell which it is. He was very threatening, but gotta love America...my concealed to carry and small arsenal says this "fraud officer" which has just at this moment called me again!!!! cannot come to take me away...LOL.  I called and report it to the FCC and the atty general.  This is rediculous.  Their call back number was given as 7185691620, the same number calling you folks.  Couldn't understand a word they were saying....except 'fraud' 'lawsuit' 'payday loan' 'jail'....and 'stop talking while I talk'.  Officer Sam is rude....three calls today. This WILL STOP!

AN "OFFICER FOSTER" ALSO CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE ON MY VM - STATING SOMETHING9(:) - UNCLEAR - "INVESTIGATIONS."  HE HAD A VERY HEAVY ACCENT WHICH COULD NOT BE UNDERSTOOD - HAD TO REPEAT MESSAGE SEVERAL TIMES TO GET AN IDEA WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT I NEVER RETURNED THE CALL.  AS A MATTER OF FACT, MY HUSBAND STATED THAT IT COULD BE A FRAUD TO GET INFORMATION FROM ME.

This also happened to me. You know what I have called them at least 40 times back and have told them I have contacted the FBI, the FCC, the Attorney General and econsumer.gov and that I suggest they pack up and leave where ever they are at trying to scam people like us because they need to get real jobs and stop trying to scam someone. I have provided their number to family and friends who will be making their lives miserable until they have no choice but to change their number. I would suggest that everyone on here call as much as possible to this number and tell them you have contacted the above people and to get a real job. If enough of us do this than we can probably put a dent in their operation for at least a little while. There number is 718-569-1620 - And there is an Officer Eric Watson, and Alec Morton and whoever else answers. I know I am on the phone right now calling every time they transfer me to the "Fraud Hot Line" which is just another one of their scams. So, when they do this to you tell the people who answer the line like that the same thing because it it ALL a FRAUD after speaking with the FBI. They keep hanging up on me now. But, again - If we all continue to do this we can at least irritate them back to where they came from. I love it when we all fight back!!!!!

Received call from 718 569-1620 Officer David Boston

Been receiving calls from them from two different numbers. Today it was Officer Sam saying something about fraud. I could not understand a word he was saying. I have friends on the police force and a cousin who works for the FBI. You better believe this will be reported ASAP!

I got a call earlier today from 7185691639 and I didn't answer it. So when they left a message telling me that I was a prime suspect for a fruad investigation and that I needed to call them back at 785691620 I did. As you can imagine I was really upset. So I call them back and talk to what was supposed to pass as an officer Green. He even tried to pass something off as a case number but when I told him to wait so I can write it down he told me to shut up and listen to what he was telling me. Then he said he was going to transfer me to an Officer Cooper?( couldn't really tell because of the accent) He pressed some buttons, didn't bother to cover up the reciever so I couldn't hear the back ground noise, and then I swear it was the same guy talking to me! And I told "Officer Cooper" that they couldn't constitutionally slap me with pappers or haul me off to court without at first telling me about an impending investigation and his response was you either pay us some money or we will supena you! I guess that line worked before and when I told the guy that there was no way for me to get a loan right now and gave him the reasons why mainly because I can't work due to my pregnancy he threatened to come to my house. Needless to say my mom stepped in and told them that if they called again that she would report them for harrasment and fruad and if they showed up it'd be their butt. (I put it in nicer terms) If you get a call from either of these numbers call homeland security!!!!!! Chances are they're terrorists! Lets be watchful America!

I just got a call from 718-569-1639 on my cell phone but i did not answer. they left a voice message but i just delete it from my voice mail. they are nothing but scammers.
