Same thing just happened to me less than 5 mins ago... they where very rude saying I owe $920.00 and wouldn't give me any information.... The lady and and her supervisor was very rude and said they will be filing a civil lawsuit again me! They say the loan was taking out over 48 months ago... They had my information and old banking account information and all

Today is 09/16/2016, I had a message left on my phone saying I owe Mack Development Group for a pay day loan from 2013 and that they had sent me some 42 e-mail and letters thru the mail. They would only say that the loan was given to me from a 3rd party. Also they could not give me a date and month for the loan, only that they gave me the loan in 2013. Now they say they were going to take me to small claims court. All this is a lye, my bank have no records of receiving a deposit of this money. Its all a scam to get money. If anyone here can get some real information from these people PLEASE let me know so that I can get Legal aid on them!

I just received this same phone call they said they about to take me to court I called the bank the were in reference to and they have no clue of what's going on I never even had a m&t account in 2013

I got a similar call and they scared the hell out me saying if I don't pay they will take me to court and I will be going to jail. I don't know what to do. It's from a company called "County Mediation" 360-226-0936 and 844-263-8455.

I just got a call from the same people saying I owe money from a Payday loan in 2010 and if I don't settle it will go to court and I'll go to jail go fraud. I never got a Payday loan ever.
