who is calling from this number they all say they are officer such as such!!!

I got a call from this number at my job, I couln't understand the name of the person but she or he said,  "officer calling from payroll department". I've been getting these strange calls for about a month already.

I have gotten them too.  Officer Tracy Brown of some kind of fraud investigation department.  Also, same verbiage from "Jenny Cooper" (indian accent) from number 866-425-3969.  All from New York where I have never lived...

I have been calls from this number for like 5 months now they stop for a month and startup again... Those people sound Indian with a very strong Midwestern accent.When they call they say their with they FBI (HA!!) thats a joke and the names they give are american name like mark williams, Officer holly wilson,Phillip Brown ,etc. They say that I owe money from a fraud matter dealing with a payday loan that I have never applied for, these people are crazy and they are insane they need to be caught . I have called the police in my city an they told me to make a call to all of my creditors so they can put a block on my credit... Beware of those scam artist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I got a call from an Officer ?? with an indian accent from the "New York City Dept. of Fraud".  I returned the call and could never find out (hung up after 12 minutes) exactly who he was or what he was calling about.  I asked him if he was a municipal employee of New York City and he wouldn't answer, just kept saying he was an "officer".  

I've never made a payday loan, or a loan of any kind, but I do have credit cards.  This Bozo was very aggressive.  I expected him to call back, he didn't.

I recevied Call from this Number I Don't Know he or she they said officer Allen from Newyork City civil court.But I know they were Scammer.

I received  a call from someone identifying  themselves as the Bureau of Fraud investigation about a pay day loan I defaulted on. I've never been in one. They wouldn't give me any info but wanted info from me. He sounded Indian.
